Reiki Balance - Restore order to your body when vital energy has become unbalanced. Reiki brings about deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system and increases the vibrational frequency of the body. Reiki may be done hands on or hands off the body depending on sensitivity levels of both the practitioner and the client.

Tui Na -This Chinese therapy makes use of rhythmic compression techniques along different energy channels of the body to establish harmonious flow of Qi throughout the body and bringing it back to balance. It works deeply with the positive energy of the body. Tui Na makes use of various hand techniques in combination with acupuncture and other manipulation techniques. Many of the techniques used in this massage resemble that of a western massage like gliding, kneading, vibration, tapping, friction, pulling, rolling, pressing and shaking. In Tui Na massage, the muscles and tendons are massaged with the help of hands, and an acupressure technique is applied to directly affect the flow of Qi at different acupressure points of the body, thus facilitating the healing process. It removes the blockages and keeps the energy moving through the meridians as well as the muscles. The best part of the therapy is that it relaxes as well as energizes the person. The main benefit of Tui Na massage is that it focuses on the specific problem, whether it is an acute or a chronic pain associated with the joints, muscles or a skeletal system. This technique is very beneficial in reducing the pain of neck, shoulders, hips, back, arms, highs, legs and ankle disorders. It is a very effective therapy for arthritis, pain, sciatica and muscle spasms.

Medical Qi Gong - Medical Qi Gong is a modality of Traditional Chinese Medicine which affects and directs Qi, life force energy, in the body.

Cupping- upping therapy is an ancient Chinese form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created by heat, the skin is gently drawn upwards by creating a vacuum in a cup over the target area of the skin. The cup stays in place for five to fifteen minutes. This treatment is typically used to help treat pain, deep scar tissues in the muscles and connective tissue, muscle knots, and swelling.

Depending on the specific treatment, skin marking is common after the cups are removed. This may be a simple red ring that disappears quickly, the discolouration left by the cups is normally from bruising especially if dragging the cups while suctioned from one place to another to break down muscle fiber. Usually treatments are not painful and in fact, feels relieving.

Accupressure- Accupressure is an alternative medicine technique similar in principle to Acupuncture except we don't implement the needles. It is based on the concept of life energy which flows through "meridians" in the body. In treatment, physical pressure is applied to acupuncture points with the aim of clearing blockages in these meridians. Pressure may be applied by hand, by elbow, or with various devices. Medical studies have suggested that acupressure is effective at helping manage nausea and vomiting, for helping lower back pain, tension headaches, and list goes on.
